We have an opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join the recruitment team at MiHomecare reporting directly to the Recruitment Team Leader. This role forms part of a centralised recruitment team dealing with volume applications and is of a very fast paced nature.

Some of the key duties will be: -

  • Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief of your designated area;
  • Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements ensuring BreezyHR is updated at all times;
  • Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures;
  • Monitor responses/applications received and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently and contacted by telephone within 24 hours;
  • Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies to hiring managers and arrange interviews as appropriate;
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams dealing with any queries;
  • Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships;
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets to produce 30 new hires each month ready to work;
  • Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation;
  • Provide support to ensure that the candidates receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times;
  • Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within your local market place;
  • Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates;
  • Organise candidate open days and/or coffee mornings and attend local job fairs as and when required to support the candidate attraction process in conjunction with the local branch;
  • Accurate recording of candidate information and updating records on BreezyHR;
  • Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice
  • Comply with all relevant sector specific legislation;
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, employee rights and responsibilities;
  • Seek support and escalate non-compliance where appropriate;
  • Due to the nature of the role it may require occasional travel including overnight stays;

Key attributes of the Resourcing Advisor: -

  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role dealing with high volume recruitment;
